We’ve upgraded our inspection processes and equipment over the last few years. We have revised our quality programs and implemented changes to reflect the needs of our customers. In addition, security measures have been undertaken to maintain the high standards necessary for our clients to be successful in their fields.
Inspection & Facility rooms
Many of our facility rooms feature climate controls, providing the ideal environment to achieve pinpoint accuracy on critical dimensions. Recently, we added 2,500 sq ft of climate-controlled space, complete with a new portable 7 axis arm and a large CMM. These improvements allow us to inspect parts, small through large, accurately and efficiently.

At Brodeur Machine Co, we stand behind all our work to give our customers peace of mind. With a century of experience in machining and metal fabrication, we have mastered the science of producing reliable, high quality parts and components.
All our work is thoroughly inspected, both during our manufacturing processes and again at completion. We maintain all inspection reports for up to 7 years. Our equipment is calibrated and carefully maintained and our fabricators and machinists work closely with our engineers to ensure all our projects meet or exceed customer specifications and quality requirements prior to shipment.
FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY
We maintain an integrated ERP system to track work from the receipt of a purchase order through delivery and every step in between. We utilize Autocad, MasterCam and SolidWorks, among other programs, to create, review and revise drawings in conjunction with our customers.
