Versatile
Water Jet is an attractive option for processing ANY material, Ferrous and non-ferrous, at almost any thickness.
Sustainable
The garnet used in the abrasive to cut, along with the water, are both recycled.
Stable
As a cold cutting process, the issues associated with heat distortion are removed. No stress is introduced, resulting in no heat-affected zone (HAZ),making it a very stable option for material that is sensitive to elevated temperatures, prone to warping, or melting.
Precise
Water Jet can produce highly precise cuts with very tight tolerances, smooth finishes, with no need for tool changes or added mechanical stresses to the material.
