Inspection designed for accuracy
CMM measurement
Coordinate measuring machines verify complex geometries, critical features, and tight tolerances in a stable, temperature-controlled environment.
Portable inspection arm
A high-accuracy arm allows for flexible measurement on the shop floor, supporting large parts and components that cannot be moved easily.
Operator-level gauging
Calibrated gauges, micrometers, and inspection tools at each machine enable rapid checks during setup and between machining phases.
Surface and feature verification
Operators and inspectors confirm flatness, roundness, runout, and surface conditions at required intervals throughout production.
In-process dimensional checks
Critical features are measured during machining to maintain accuracy through multiple operations and prevent downstream variation.
Final dimensional validation
Once machining is complete, parts undergo a full inspection against drawings and models to confirm all specifications before shipment.
Documentation and traceability
Every job at Brodeur generates a complete inspection record. Measurements are logged at each operation, sign-offs are required before work advances, and final inspection data is archived in our system for seven years.

Brodeur is ITAR registered, Thomas Verified, and operates to an ISO-equivalent quality standard, with CMMC Level 2 compliance in progress.
