Facility Overview

Sixty thousand square feet. Parts up to 44,000 lbs. Climate-controlled throughout. The Brodeur facility was built piece by piece over a century, and every addition was chosen to take on work that demands more room, more reach, or more precision than the job before it.

High-capacity lifting With overhead cranes rated to 100 tons and machine-specific lifts at every workstation, we can safely handle oversized parts while maintaining stability and accuracy during staging and setup.
Climate-controlled inspection Our inspection areas maintain stable temperature conditions to ensure consistent dimensional verification, reliable CMM performance, and precise measurements regardless of season or workload.
Integrated dust collection Shop-wide dust and chip extraction systems support clean operations, reduce wear on machines, and help maintain visibility and safety around high-duty cutting and forming equipment.
AI-assisted inventory and material handling Digital inventory tracking and automated material location tools streamline job preparation, reduce downtime, and increase responsiveness across machining, fabrication, and finishing operations.

Inside the Brodeur facility

Most shops are built around what's convenient. Brodeur's facility was built around what the work requires. Every zone — machining, fabrication, Wire EDM, thermal spray, painting, inspection — exists because a job demanded it, and we decided to own that capability rather than send it out. Nothing leaves the floor to get finished somewhere else.

Investing in future capacity

The building next door. The machine that handles what the last one couldn't. Another property under contract. At Brodeur, growth has always looked like a calculated bet on what the next hard job will require. We don't buy equipment to look impressive. We buy it because a customer needs something we're not yet equipped to do, and we'd rather be ready than say no.
